In that case Bangladesh is ahead of Pakistan

Let us know the record of Bangladesh's progress leaving Pakistan behind.

1. Bangladesh's stock exchange trades  300 billion a year, while Pakistan has only  100 billion. Bangladesh earns 40 billion a year from exports, while Pakistan earns only 22 billion.

2. At present, a Bangladeshi can expect to live for 72 years, whereas the average life expectancy of Pakistanis is only 66. The average life expectancy of Indians is also less than that of Bangladeshis, only 68. Bangladesh is far ahead of Pakistan in terms of the average income of women. And the women of our country are a little ahead of the Indians. The main reason for this is the huge development of the garment industry in Bangladesh.  This industry is mainly for the welfare of women.

3. Bangladesh is the best in child nutrition not only in Pakistan or India but in the whole of South Asia. The nutritional value of children under five years of age is 36.1% in Bangladesh, which is much better than most third world countries including Pakistan and India. Not only is Bangladesh ahead in terms of child nutrition, but according to statistics, Bangladesh is one-fourth ahead of India in terms of child mortality, and a full 50% ahead of Pakistan. At present only 37.6 children per thousand die in Bangladesh.

4. Bangladesh's position in terms of job security is better than any other country in the region. 56.7% of the working people in this country have permanent employment, which is much more than in Pakistan. And the situation in India is very bad there. Eighty percent of working people there have no permanent job, meaning there is no guarantee that what they are doing today will be able to work there tomorrow.

5. Bangladesh's improvement in technology-based banking is particularly noticeable. In 2016, 34.1% of the adult population in Bangladesh who have a bank account made digital transactions online. There, the average digital transaction rate in South Asia as a whole is 26.7%. Besides, only 10.4% of

Bangladeshi bank accounts were 'dormant' last year, meaning no money was deposited in the last year and no money was withdrawn from them. This statistic is very important because despite some significant economic reshuffles in India last year, 47% of bank accounts were completely inactive.

6. Education is another important sector where Bangladesh is far ahead of Pakistan. At present, the literacy rate in Bangladesh is 61% but in Pakistan, it is only 55%.

7.. Since 2006, Bangladesh's GDP growth has been 2.5 percent higher than Pakistan's every year. This year, Bangladesh's GDP will surpass that of India. In addition, the current population growth rate in Bangladesh is only 1.1%, which is much less than the 2% in Pakistan. As a result, Bangladesh's per capita income is increasing by 3.3% every year compared to Pakistan. If this trend continues, the per capita income of the people of Bangladesh will be higher than that of Pakistanis by 2020.
